Purpose: The CSEA Faculty Excellence Award was created to recognize CSEA members who demonstrate distinction in an area of service, teaching or leadership. Each year, up to two faculty will be selected to receive a $500.00 cash award, as well as a plaque for the award winners. A recipient of the award will not be eligible to win the award in two consecutive years.
Who can nominate:
Any Columbus State CSEA member. Faculty may not nominate themselves.
Criteria:
CSEA members are eligible to be nominated for this award for their achievements in one or more of the following areas:
Complete the online nomination form below and click submit. Nominations will be collected during fall and spring semesters, but all nominations must be submitted by Sept 1, 2024. A five-member panel of CSEA Association Representatives will review the nominations and contact each nominee. The panel will review the submissions and vote. Presentation of the award(s) will occur either at the end of summer semester or beginning of the fall semester..
